Charter and rental intermediary services support the facilitation of vessel chartering and rental arrangements between owners, operators and charterers. Activities are coordinated to assist with market engagement, documentation flow and commercial communication in accordance with applicable contractual and regulatory frameworks.
Scope of Intermediation Services
- Facilitation of vessel charter and rental enquiries
- Coordination of commercial communication between parties
- Assistance with review and alignment of charter terms
- Support with documentation exchange and contractual processes
- Liaison during pre-fixture and post-fixture stages, where required
Contractual Framework
Intermediation activities are aligned, where applicable, with recognized industry contracts and practices, including standard charter party forms and relevant BIMCO clauses.
Coordination & Reporting
Engagement is coordinated with relevant stakeholders to support transparency in communications, document handling and commercial process tracking throughout the chartering cycle.
Geographic Support
Charter and rental intermediation support can be arranged in Oman, United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Singapore and China, where required by commercial or operational requirements.
